What are your operating hours?
The STU offers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week availability. Regular rental rates are between 8 am -10 pm. After-hours rates are from 10 pm – 8 am.
Where can I park?
Your rental secures one parking space in the secured lot. Free street parking is available in the surrounding area. Additional parking is available upon request.
What does AH mean in the studio pricing details?
AH stands for After Hours which applies to the rental rates between 10pm and 8am.
What is the cancellation policy?
Single-day bookings must be canceled within 24 hours of your booking time to receive a refund. Late cancelation will be charged but can be rescheduled. Please note that you will not be able to cancel the rebooked rental and receive a refund.
Events, filming, or multi-day bookings necessitate more than 48-hour notice for cancellation. With multi-day bookings, a minimum of 48 hours of the booking will be charged if canceled.
Do you have a schedule of classes?
